Augustin im Atrio Villach

We found some decently priced Austrian dishes here. We tried the sausages, wiener schnitzel, bread dumplings, and a peach tea, alongside a fresh salad. Our server was friendly and spoke fluent English, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. It was a surprise to find such a place in a mall, and while the food wasn’t top-tier, it was definitely good. We managed to order just before the kitchen closed at 7:00 pm and had our meal ready in about 20 minutes. Worth a visit! Enjoy!

Augustin in Klagenfurt (City A & Original Location) are actually my favorite locations do have a high quality good traditional meal. However, the visit here at Villach was not too good just because of one silly waiter. The breakfast goulash I order did arrive luke-warm und the meat inside still more or less cold. I understand that the best goulash needs to be warmed! – no problem here. I also understand that mistakes happen! – no problem here too. I politely informed the manager who just walked in the restaurant and did see that I am looking for support and he fully understood with issues and said he handles. The goulash then arrived piping hot (as it should be) served by the original waiter who served it to me first time around…. but with one silly sarcastic comment “one gulash extra hot for you” Why he has to say that? It means he believes I am a arrogant complainer who had to point to comment the luke-warm served goulash with cold meat? What is the reason for this silly sarcastic comment and voice? I pointed it out to him, and he said sorry for the misunderstanding! He did not apologize for his sarcastic comment, however. The manager, however was very good! – Professional!
